Goodbye!
Hello everyone. I am writing for the last time for this course.
It was a nice experience sharing what we have done with you.
I will evaluate the experience so far in this post.
My favorite task is AR/VR teaching material. The experience was new to both of us, I think. It was fun. My least favorite one is flipped learning teaching material. I hated recording my voice over and over, and I don't think it was as fun as other assignments.
The course was easy in terms of subjects we have covered. They were not challenging to understand. But the assignments were a bit hard when you consider that we have done lots of work.
About the strengths and weaknesses of the course, I can say that the topics in general are good in general. For its weakness, it was boring for me.
I don't have an idea on how to improve it, actually. It was good overall. But having to do assignments every week (draft and final versions) was exhausting. But there isn't any way to adjust them in the syllabus, I guess.
I would tell the students who would take this course next year: Do everything on time. Schedule a certain time every week with your group members. It is easier that way. Read the instructions very carefully and read them twice, in my opinion. It makes you understand and come up with an activity idea.
This course contributed to my professional development in a few ways. I learned about many tools. Moreover, I learned how to make a material using those tools. I learned how to work as a group. I learned that I can design materials, it increased my self-esteem.
Thank you for accompanying me and reading my blogs. Take care of yourself, goodbye!
